Dispute Management
The CD Rise is managed by The CD Rise Management Ltd ®2025, located at 1205 Geneva, Place des Philosophes 18.
Resolving Disagreements
In the event of a disagreement related to this Agreement, both parties agree to engage in constructive discussions to reach a resolution. If a resolution cannot be achieved, either party may submit the matter to confidential arbitration proceedings.
Arbitration Procedures
Arbitration will be conducted by a single arbitrator under the ICC ADR Rules. Proceedings will be in English and held in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, or at a location mutually agreed upon by both parties. The arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding.
Exclusive Dispute Method
The arbitration procedure described above is the exclusive method for resolving disagreements. Neither party may initiate court action that contradicts the arbitration process.
Account Security and Complaint Handling
During registration, you will provide specific personal information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account login details. The CD Rise is not responsible for any outcomes resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to inadequate protection of login credentials.
Information Accuracy and Compliance
You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and not impersonate others. If registering on behalf of a business entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind the entity to this Agreement.
Privacy and Complaint Oversight
The CD Rise is committed to protecting your privacy and follows the Privacy Policy when managing your data. We maintain clear and effective procedures to handle client complaints, ensuring all submissions are logged and addressed to provide consistent, fair resolutions and maintain high-quality service.
